Welcome to NewNew 👋🏽
At NewNew, we’re redefining who creators are and how they make money.
We’re building a digital marketplace where everyday people sell their decisions to those who control what they should do next.
Sounds weird, right? We love ‘weird’. We love taking things to the next level. We love pushing boundaries. We love working hard. We love building cool shit. We love making an impact.
If you love those things, you’ll love being part of our team.
Our HQ is in Bel Air, Los Angeles, and most of our team works remotely worldwide.
Our founders have lived in Canada, Czech Republic, Russia, Ireland, and the USA...so it’s safe to say that we don’t believe the best talent is found only in our backyard. We’re excited to work with people from around the globe.
Here’s who we’re looking for right now. If you don’t fit one of these positions (but think you’d be a great addition to the team), you can let us know what you bring to the table.
NewNew is on a mission to monetize human decisions.
Truly groundbreaking products have one thing in common -- they enable people to exercise their instinctive human behavior. NewNew taps into 2 core human desires: to influence other people and to make 💵
From streamers, YouTubers and authors; to gymnasts, dog groomers, and baristas; NewNew monetizes the decisions of our creators and gives them a new level of human connection they haven’t experienced anywhere else.
What started out as a social digital experiment, quickly turned into a destination where people monetized their decisions with their audiences through hyper-interactive voting and bidding. The world took notice and we now have some of the biggest investors, prolific founders and operators of the world’s largest entertainment companies behind us to help shape the product.
We’re in the process of rebuilding an incredible experience based on early user feedback and we’d love to have you on board to help us disrupt the world.
We’re backed by huge VCs like Andreessen Horowitz (Slack, Coinbase, Pinterest, Clubhouse), Founders Fund (Facebook, Spotify, Airbnb, Lyft, SpaceX) & product leaders from Facebook, Google, Twitter, Netflix and Disney. Our HQ is in Bel Air, Los Angeles and most of our team works remotely worldwide.

What’s Important to Us
💦 Give it 200%.
That’s not a typo.
To create world-changing products, you have to work your ass off and be dedicated.
We look for people who are hungry to do their best and be the best.
💫 Nothing is Impossible.
Doing the “impossible” is what we do best. Hearing that it “can’t be done” is nothing more than a challenge to us. Reaching for ‘mediocre’ is bad. Reaching for ‘exceptional’ is boring.
Reaching for the "never done before" is where the fun is.
🧗🏽♀️ Take Initiative & Ownership.
The work we do is our legacy and we take ownership of both our successes and our failures.
We want you to succeed and excel in what you do best.
We’re always available for feedback, but a healthy relationship is built on trust. We want you to use your best judgment to make the best decisions for the company.
🚫 No Room for Ego.
Question the product and your decisions ALL. THE. TIME.
We’re building for people, not for ourselves. What we personally like might not always be what works best. That means that everyone at NewNew has a voice to question each other’s product ideas and decisions. In fact, you’re expected to do so.
💭 Think Outside the Box.
Think bold. Think big. We’re exploring a whole new form of consumer behavior and that means we get to create the rules that will be used by the next generation of platforms to come. No idea is bad.
💨 Move Fast. Try Not to Break Things.
We move at a very fast pace. We ship products early, get feedback and then iterate -- so don’t get too attached to things.
We believe there’s always a better way of doing things and we’re constantly improving on both the product and ourselves.
